1 General Terms & Applicability

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials completely confidential.
• Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it is completely prohibited.
• If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.
• After registration, you may need to complete identity verification (KYC).

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

To participate on tkgeme, you must be at least 18 years old. Our platform is completely prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to verify age during registration.

• Accounts of users under 18 will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be refunded.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• We may request identity verification documents at any time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

For deposits and withdrawals on tkgeme, we use secure and legal payment methods. Transactions can be made via mobile banking, bank transfers, and e-wallets.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through third parties is completely prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 1–5 business days to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed.
• We reserve the right to hold and investigate suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus is available only to new members, once per account.

• If we find evidence of bonus abuse, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

6 Gaming Policies & Fair Play

All game results on tkgeme are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely fair and verifiable. We are firmly committed to fair play.

• Using any software bots, automation, or hacking tools in games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Attempting to win money by exploiting game bugs will result in forfeiture of winnings.
• In case of any technical disputes, TKGeme's decision is final.
• Any claims about game results must be reported to support within 24 hours.
